Effective Date: June 5, 2026. Welcome to Ejupe, a platform designed to help users discover apps and experiences available on Google Play. By accessing or using the Ejupe platform, you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Ejupe platform, including any content, features, and services offered via ejupe.com or related domains. Ejupe reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. We may provide notice of material changes through the site or other reasonable means.

2. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Ejupe platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, design elements, software, and underlying code, are the property of Ejupe or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit the platformâ€™s content without our express written consent.

User Content. By submitting reviews, comments, ratings, or other content through the platform ("User Content"), you grant Ejupe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, display, and perform such User Content in connection with the operation and promotion of the platform. You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the license granted to Ejupe. You represent that you own or control all rights to the User Content and that its use does not infringe the rights of any third party.

3. Third-Party Links and Google Play

Ejupe functions as a discovery and information platform. Some links on the platform direct you to third-party services, including apps hosted on Google Play. Ejupe does not host, store, manage, or control these third-party apps, nor does it guarantee their availability, content, safety, or performance. Any interaction with Google Play or third-party applications is governed by the respective providerâ€™s terms of service and privacy policies. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement of the linked service. You acknowledge that Google Play is a separate platform with its own terms, and you should review those terms before installing or using any app.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. EJUPE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS. EJUPE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL EJUPE OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITIES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ejupe and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases, and any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ejupe operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the site with a new effective date or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the platform after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
